Prayer

Arrest my soul, Thou Savior dear,

And bind my heart to Thine;

I want to do Thy will sincere

And know that Thou art mine.

When I stray toward paths of sin,

Remind me of Thy grace;

Conviction will arise within

When I see Thy face.

Forgiveness is Thy endless store -

I lack for no good thing;

Thou art forever giving more;

Empty hands are all I bring.

Place within this heart of mine

A song of endless praise;

That I may not e'er repine

But serve Thee all my days.
